The sinergy

As early as the late 19th century, several families of coral workers established what was known as the Coral and Cameo Route, an economic relationship based on trust between the city of Torre del Greco and Japan. While Japan imported artistic coral and cameo creations, Italians purchased the famous Japanese pearls, coral, and shells fished in the Pacific.

This bond has never been broken, so much so that, during a visit to Italy, the then Crown Prince Hiroito made a stop in Torre del Greco.

This mindset of building trusting relationships with customers and suppliers, along with a desire to create synergies within the industry, has made us a point of reference not only for materials typically found and worked in our region, such as coral, cameos, pearls, and turquoise, but also, thanks to collaborations with related companies, we are able to offer a vast variety of stones, from mother-of-pearl shells to kyanite, from opals to agates.
